Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the MenuMargin team to explain what information we collect and how we use it. MenuMargin helps restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and bakeries understand menu profitability.

• Information you enter into the report builder: business name, email, menu items, prices, and ingredient costs.
• Account information when you sign up: email address and authentication identifiers.
• Payment metadata returned by our payment processor (Stripe). MenuMargin does not store full card details.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when visiting (IP, user agent, referring page).

• To generate, deliver, and email your Menu Profit Report.
• To process payments and provide receipts.
• To improve MenuMargin and respond to support questions.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate MenuMargin, including our hosting provider, our database/auth provider, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data.

You can request deletion of your account data or report orders by emailing support. Payment records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
